Cork/Neocork - Cork/Neocork   View Specifications
The durability and versatility of cork has made it one of the most popular materials for sealing applications. Being a natural product, it possesses many advantages. It can be compounded with a variety of raw materials to provide a comprehensive range of sealing products.  High tensile strength, resistance to many fluids, ability to withstand extremes of temperature - with the natural properties of cork - high compression, good recovery and low load sealing.
EPDM - EPDM   View Specifications
EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer. Engineering specifications describe EPDM as "Ideal for outdoor applications because of its excellent resistance to ultra-violet light, ozone, oxidants, and severe weather conditions."
Stays flexible in temperatures from -40 Fahrenheit to 175 Fahrenheit making it easy to install all year round. Unlike other liner materials, it does not contain plasticizers that could make it become brittle with age and cause cracks or splits in the material; threatening aquatic life.
EPDM's flexibility provides more versatility in numerous designs. Unlike preformed liners, it can be easily shaped to fit the unique contours of... more»
Food Grade - Food grade   View Specifications
Food Grade Gaskets are typically used in low pressure food processing applications such as steam cookers, steam sterilizer, carbon absorption vessels, and various type of food and beverage mixing vessels and processing columns that have inspection openings that must be sealed using a food grade gasketing material that has been tested and certified to be in compliance with FDA regulations. Most SFG Gaskets are used in applications with operating pressures below 100 psi and temperatures below 300 F.
General Rubber - General Purpose Rubber
If your application requires exposure to severe weathering conditions, ozone and sunlight General Purpose Rubber is most suitable.
It offers moderate resistance to many types of oils (except halogenated and aromatic hydrocarbons) and greases and waxes.
Graphonic - Graphonic   View Specifications
These corrugated metal gaskets are designed for superior reliability, even in the most difficult applications. They combine a corrugated metal core with a flexible graphite sealing element.
Gum Stock - Gum Stock   View Specifications
Water, air and average concentration bases, alcohols and salts. Adhesion to metals is excellent and ketones are abrasion resistant.
Insertion Rubber - Insertion Rubber   View Specifications
This rubber product is made of natural rubber with a cloth inner liner, giving the product higher tear strength than ordinary rubber sheeting. Insertion Rubber is used for a variety of applications including matting, packing, gaskets dust curtains and mud flaps.
Nitrile Insertion rubber is used for some gasket and diaphragm applications.
Insulating Gaskets - Full Face Gasket   View Specifications
Full Face Gasket Insulating Set Assembly Suitable for flat face and raised face flanges. This style minimises the ingress of conductive foreign matter between the portion of the flanges outside the raised faces and reduces the risk of bridging.
Insulating Gaskets - Ring Gasket   View Specifications
Ring Joint Gasket Insulating Set Assembly Insulating oval section ring joint will fit into a standard RTJ Flange ring groove.
Neoprene/Nitrile - Neoprene   View Specifications
One of the earliest of the synthetic materials to be developed as an oil resistant substitute for Natural Rubber, Neoprene is a homopolymer of chloroprene (chlorobutadiene).
Temperature Range: Standard Compound: 45 F to +250 F. (Dry Heat Only)
Hardness (Shore A): 40 to 90.
Features: Neoprene can be used in innumerable sealing applications, due to its broad base of such desirable working properties as: moderate resistance to petroleum oils; good resistance to ozone, sunlight and oxygen aging; relatively low compression set; good resilience; and reasonable production cost.
Due to its excellent resistance to  Ammonia, Neoprene is also widely accepted as... more»
Neoprene/Nitrile - Nitrile   View Specifications
Nitrile rubber, or Buna-N,is a synthetic rubber copolymer of acrylonitrile (CAN) and butadiene.  This copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile is recommended when excellent resistance to petroleum oils and gasoline is required.  Solvent resistance increases and low temperature flexibility decreases in basic polymers with higher acrylonitrile content. Low temperature resistance is inferior to natural rubber, but NBR can be compounded to give adequate performance in this area.
Non-Asbestos - Non-Asbestos   View Specifications
For Steam, water and non-aggressive solvents and a wide range of chemicals.
PTFE - Envelope - PTFE - Envelope   View Specifications
PTFE envelope gaskets comprise a compressed synthetic fibre gasket material insert with a PTFE envelope. The PTFE envelope protects the gasket from chemical attack. The insert provides the strength and resilience needed for demanding sealing operation.
PTFE - Standard - PTFE - Standard   View Specifications
These cut to size PTFE Gaskets are used in food applications and are also resistant to most acids.
Red Neoprene - Red Neoprene   View Specifications
Red Neoprene is general purpose neoprene sheeting.  A good temperature, oil and a wide range of chemical resistance for use as flange gaskets, scraper curtains, mats, sleeves and linings.
Silicone - Silicone   View Specifications
