Abrasion Resistant - Abrasion Resistant
Most abrasion resistant materials are composed of SBR, natural rubber or a combination of each. These special service materials are compounded specifically to provide greater wear and tear resistance.
EPDM - EPDM   View Specifications
Resistant to ageing, alkalis and dilute acids.  Good tear resistance and waterproof.
Food Grade - Food Grade   View Specifications
Food Grade is a white food quality rubber.  Made to FDA specification and non toxic.  Mainly used in the food processing industry or where a white rubber is required.
General Purpose - General Purpose
If your application requires exposure to severe weathering conditions, ozone and sunlight General Purpose Rubber is most suitable.
It offers moderate resistance to many types of oils (except halogenated and aromatic hydrocarbons) and greases and waxes.
Gum Stock - Gum Stock   View Specifications
A rubber compound containing only those ingredients necessary for vulcanization and small amounts or other ingredients such as process aids, colours and antioxidants. It contains no filler, reinforcing agents or plasticizers.
Insertion Rubber - Insertion Rubber   View Specifications
Insertion is a fabric reinforced black natural rubber sheet.  Extensively used for flange gaskets, strips, curtains, mud flaps and mats.
Neoprene - Neoprene   View Specifications
One of the earliest of the synthetic materials to be developed as an oil resistant substitute for Natural Rubber, Neoprene is a homopolymer of chloroprene (chlorobutadiene).
Temperature Range: Standard Compound: 45 F to +250 F. (Dry Heat Only)
Hardness (Shore A): 40 to 90.
Features: Neoprene can be used in innumerable sealing applications, due to its broad base of such desirable working properties as: moderate resistance to petroleum oils; good resistance to ozone, sunlight and oxygen aging; relatively low compression set; good resilience; and reasonable production cost.
Due to its excellent resistance to  Ammonia, Neoprene is also widely accepted as... more»
Nitrile - Nitrile   View Specifications
Nitrile rubber, or Buna-N,is a synthetic rubber copolymer of acrylonitrile (CAN) and butadiene.  This copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile is recommended when excellent resistance to petroleum oils and gasoline is required.  Solvent resistance increases and low temperature flexibility decreases in basic polymers with higher acrylonitrile content. Low temperature resistance is inferior to natural rubber, but NBR can be compounded to give adequate performance in this area.
Red Neoprene - Red Neoprene   View Specifications
Red Neoprene is general purpose neoprene sheeting.  A good temperature, oil and a wide range of chemical resistance for use as flange gaskets, scraper curtains, mats, sleeves and linings.
Sponge - Silicone Sponge
Sponge - Sponge GPX33   View Specifications
Sponge - Sponge GPX45   View Specifications
Sponge - Sponge GVA33
Sponge - Sponge GVA45   View Specifications
Sponge - Sponge Neo 25
Neoprene Sponge products will resist light oil contact, ozone, alkalis and acids, making them a good choice for general enclosure door gaskets.
Viton - Viton   View Specifications
Viton is a smooth Flueroelastomer sheeting.  Excellent resistance to a wide range of organic and inorganic chemicals and high temperatures.
