This rubber product is made of natural rubber with a cloth inner liner, giving the product higher tear strength than ordinary rubber sheeting. Insertion Rubber is used for a variety of applications including matting, packing, gaskets dust curtains and mud flaps.

One of the earliest of the synthetic materials to be developed as an oil resistant substitute for Natural Rubber, Neoprene is a homopolymer of chloroprene (chlorobutadiene).
Temperature Range: Standard Compound: 45 F to +250 F. (Dry Heat Only)
Hardness (Shore A): 40 to 90.
Features: Neoprene can be used in innumerable sealing applications, due to its broad base of such desirable working properties as: moderate resistance to petroleum oils; good resistance to ozone, sunlight and oxygen aging; relatively low compression set; good resilience; and reasonable production cost.

Gasket Sheeting - Nitrile   View Specifications
Nitrile rubber, or Buna-N,is a synthetic rubber copolymer of acrylonitrile (CAN) and butadiene.  This copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile is recommended when excellent resistance to petroleum oils and gasoline is required.  Solvent resistance increases and low temperature flexibility decreases in basic polymers with higher acrylonitrile content. Low temperature resistance is inferior to natural rubber, but NBR can be compounded to give adequate performance in this area.

Grease - PS23 Anti-friction Lubricant
This is a blend of ultra fine metal particles in a modified grease base with special extreme pressure additives and anti-corrosion package. Ensures a unique anti-seize formulation that will not fail, even at high temperatures.
The product is suitable for all applications where extreme temperatures, chemical and damp environments are encountered. Reduces maintenance time, saves threads and parts for re-use and protects against rust and corrosion. The product is available with a copper or nickel base. In electrical applications, due to the metal base, current flow / transfer is enhanced.

Vee packings can withstand higher axial and radial loads than U-rings and are classified as heavy-duty rod or cylinder seals. Using two or more rings in a set, combined with male and female header rings, can increase the sealing at low pressures as well as the pressure rating. Also called chevron seals.

It performs well under the most rigorous conditions of wear and environment because of its unique combination of physical and mechanical properties. It has the highest known impact strength of any thermoplastic currently available, in addition, to high resistance to abrasion, demonstrating only negligible weight loss when subjected to abrasion against copper, brass or steel. It has a very low coefficient of friction and extremely low moisture absorption. UHMWPE is particularly effective where no lubrication is available, or during operation in the presence of water.
