These PU Strippers generate high holding pressures on the steel sheet and strip the pressed part cleanly from the punch.  Simply push the Stripper onto the punch shank, and the first stroke of the operation forces the punch tip through the stripper base.

Many Press Tools require a "stripper" around the edges of the Tool. Gentech manufacture precision thickness Die Sheets and the customer is then able to cut his own shape of the Tool from the sheet.
The Wedge Strippers are tapered and are also used as "strippers" around the edges of the Press Tool.

These PU Die Springs are manufactured from a special Urethane that ensures the Spring rebounds back to its original size, cycle after cycle.
Generally, the softer material (known as Rubber Springs) is used when the stroke is slightly longer than usual, but then the Spring has less compressive force.
